經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商,為明確雙方的責(zé)任,保護(hù)雙方的合法權(quán)益,雙方愿意終止本協(xié)議,特此簽訂如下條款:

四、雙方再次證明,自終止之日起至乙方解除租賃之日止,租金為每月人民幣元整(\\u),在此期間,甲方的收款收據(jù)金額不足的,不予核實(shí),以防發(fā)生糾紛。甲方應(yīng)在乙方解除租賃之日一次性結(jié)清應(yīng)付款項(xiàng),乙方應(yīng)憑收據(jù)收款。乙方不得損壞泊位內(nèi)的設(shè)施和裝飾。如有損壞,乙方應(yīng)按價(jià)格賠償。乙方解除租賃之日,甲、乙雙方應(yīng)當(dāng)面銷毀已簽訂的租賃合同原件。八、年、月、日之前雙方簽訂的所有租賃合同均應(yīng)終止并失效。本協(xié)議一式兩份,雙方各執(zhí)一份,具有同等法律效力的
